Guidelines:
MAKE SURE TO READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES BEFORE COMMISSIONING:I. CONTACTContact me via email ([email protected]) or Instagram (@starphonic_).In your message, please include:1) A detailed explanation of what you want (pose of your character, colors, etc.).
2) At least two references (they can be pictures, photos, drawings, videos, etc.).
3) Your desired deadline. This is crucial, as it helps me determine the time required for your commission. The time may vary depending on its complexity, but I will inform you before taking the commission so we can agree on a timeframe I will let you know before taking your commission so we can come to an agreement. I won't accept commissions with a deadline of less than five business days.
4) Additionally, let me know if you'd like the piece to be printable, so I can use the correct color mode. If you don't tell me, I will use CMYK (printable) by default.I will respond to messages from Sundays to Thursdays only.
I'm on CLST timezone, so please be patient if I don't reply immediately.
I will NOT draw explicit content, gore or horror themes.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission.
I reserve the right to publish my artwork and use it in my portfolio.II. PAYMENTPayment will be divided into three stages:- 1st stage: 35% payment to start the sketch.
↬ During this stage, there will be two free revisions where you can request all the changes you want. If you want more revisions, each one will cost an additional 3 USD.- 2nd: stage: 60% payment to start painting.
↬ During this stage, there will be two free revisions, and you may only request changes to the colors and lighting. If you want more revisions, each one will cost an additional 7 USD.
↬ In the revisions, I will update you with screenshots of the process and/or send you the artwork with a watermark.- 3rd stage: 5% payment when it's finished.
↬ Once you've completed your payment, I will send you the file in high quality without the watermark. You'll receive both a JPG and a PNG digital file.All payments must be made through PayPal (USD currency).
↬ Chileans may transfer to my MACH account.Once the payment process is complete, you own the rights to the picture and can do as you please with it, except claim it as your own creation.* Before making payment, I will send you a document with the details of your order so that you are aware of the final amount from the beginning.
* This payment method does not apply to coloring pages.III. CANCEL YOUR COMMISSIONCan I cancel my commission during the first stage?
Yes. If I haven't finished the sketch, you can cancel, and I will refund the first payment (paypal fee not included in the refund). If you cancel when the sketch is finished, before or after the revisions, I won't refund the payments made during this stage.Can I cancel my commission during the second stage?
Yes, but I won't refund the first and second payments.Can I cancel my commission before the final stage?

3) Tu fecha límite deseada. Esto es crucial, ya que me ayudará a determinar el tiempo necesario para tu encargo. El tiempo puede variar dependiendo de su complejidad, pero te informaré antes de aceptar el encargo para que acordemos un plazo.
No aceptaré encargos con un plazo de menos de cinco días hábiles.
4) Adicionalmente, indícame si deseas que la obra sea imprimible para que pueda utilizar el modo de color correcto. Si no lo indicas, lo haré con modo CMYK (impresión).NO dibujaré contenido explícito, gore ni temas de horror.
Responderé a los mensajes solo de domingo a jueves.
Estoy en el huso horario CLST, así que, por favor, ten paciencia si no respondo de inmediato.

Me reservo el derecho de publicar mi obra y usarla en mi portafolio.II. PAGOEl pago se dividirá en tres etapas:- 1ra etapa: 35% del pago para comenzar el boceto.

↬ Los chilenos pueden transferir a mi cuenta MACH.Una vez completado el proceso de pago, posees los derechos de la imagen y puedes hacer con ella lo que desees, excepto reclamarla como tu propia creación.* Antes de pagar, te enviaré un documento con el detalle de tu encargo para que estés al tanto del monto final desde el inicio.* Nota: Este método de pago no se aplica a las páginas para colorear.III. CANCELA TU ENCARGO¿Puedo cancelar mi encargo durante la primera etapa?
Sí. Si no he terminado el boceto, puedes cancelar y te reembolsaré el primer pago (sin la comisión de paypal incluida en el reembolso). Si cancelas cuando el boceto esté terminado, antes o después de las revisiones, no reembolsaré los pagos realizados en esta etapa.¿Puedo cancelar mi encargo durante la segunda etapa?
Sí, pero no reembolsaré ningún pago hecho hasta este punto.¿Puedo cancelar mi encargo antes de la etapa final?
Sí. No tendrás que realizar el tercer pago, pero no te enviaré los archivos ni reembolsaré lo que ya has pagado.¡Muchas gracias por leer!
